Dec Bible Studies- Week 6- Day 5


Scripture
 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

Observation
God gave the ultimate sacrifice for us.  His son to die for our sins to save us. 
Application
God gave us his son so that we will be saved and have eternal life. We too need to do our part and follow his commandments so that we will be worthy of this sacrifice. 

Prayer
Dear Lord,
thank you for thinking so much about me. I'm really grateful for all you have done on my behalf.
AMEN.

Dec Bible Studies- Week 6- Day 4


Scripture
We all, like sheep, have gone astray,     each of us has turned to our own way;
and the Lord has laid on him  the iniquity of us all.

Observation
In our life here on earth we haven't been steadfast to the lord.  However even though we have slacken GOD still accepts us and holds true to his promise towards us. 

Application
 We are not infallible and have error before. However being an ever forgiving GOD he accepts us even if we have failings. Therefore to be more like him we should try our best to hold steadfast to his WORD.

Prayer 
Dear LORD,
For all the sufferings that you have gone through on our behalf, I am thankful. Through your example you have taught me the true meaning of life here on earth.

Dec Bible studies- Week6 - Day 3


Scripture
Here is a trustworthy saying that deserves full acceptance: Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners—of whom I am the worst

Observation
God doesn't discriminate. He is here for all of us and is going to save us if we let him do his job. 

Application
We need to accept the fact that GOD came down to earth to save us.  We are not someone who is not worthy. He does value us and our contributions. 

Prayer
Dear LORD,
thank you for coming down to save us Sinners. I'm very grateful to you for what you ahve done for us.

Dec Bible Studies- Week 6- Day 1



Scripture
Matthew 1: 21
She will give birth to a son, and you are to give him the name Jesus,[a] because he will save his people from their sins.”
Observation
It was in GOD's plan that Jesus would be send down to earth and born by Mary.  He has been send to help rid the world of evil. 
Application
It has been told in the bible that Jesus will come to help deliver us. We as his followers need to take heed of his teachings. Reflect on how you want to lead your life and also understand the reason why GOD has sent his son to come down for us. 

Prayer
Dear LORD,
thanks for the gift of your son who came down and sacrificed his life for us. 
AMEN.

Dec Bible studies- Week 5 - Day 5


Scripture
20 I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me.The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.

Observation
You are all born again in Christ. Ditch the old lifestyle that you have been living and live "new" in GOD. 

Application
Live the life that GOD wants you to live.  Follow his WORD and stay away from the evil lures of worldly attractions which are not sustainable in the long run. 

Prayer
Dear GOD,
living again as a Christian has changed my perspective of how I view life. It has given me a greater understanding of my purpose here on earth and I thank you for all that you have given me.
AMEN.

Dec Bible Studies- Week 5- Day 4


Scripture

Jeremiah 23:23-24New International Version (NIV)

23 “Am I only a God nearby,
declares the Lord,
    “and not a God far away?
24 Who can hide in secret places
    so that I cannot see them?”
declares the Lord.
    “Do not I fill heaven and earth?”
declares the Lord.


Observation
God is everywhere. Near and far. He sees all and fills us up.  There is no way we can hide away from him. 
Application
Take note that GOD is every present and he does know whatever that we do/ think. Don't fear him but accept him and know that he is there to make the world a better place for you. 

Prayer
Dear LORD,
It is great that you are always there for me. Near or far we can find you everywhere. You certainly fill me up. 
AMEN. 

Dec Bible Studies- Week 5- Day 3


Scripture
and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”

Observation
GOD has said that he will be with us and he will keep true to his word. 

Application
Follow the WORD and you will find what you seek. GOD is with you and he will always be there for you. 

Prayer
Dear GOD,
I know by listening to you and following what you teach in your WORD. I am assured that you will always be there for me.
AMEN.

Scripture

Isaiah 41:10New International Version (NIV)

10 So do not fear, for I am with you;
    do not be dismayed, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you and help you;
    I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.


Observation
God is with us. He is there to protect us and give us the support that we need. 

Application
Cast all doubts and fear to the lord. He is there to ally your worries and give you the tools that you need to cope. 

Prayer
Dear GOD,
thank you for being there for me and giving me all the support that I need to sustain me through the difficult times that I face.

December bible studies- Week 5- Day 1


Scripture
“The virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and they will call him Immanuel”[d] (which means “God with us”).

Observation
This was foretold.. to let us know how GOD will come down to earth to be with us. 
Application
Everything has been told and even the way that Jesus had come to us to be with us. We must cherish the time that we have with him and learn all that we can from him

Prayer

Dear LORD,
thanks for coming down to EARTH to be with us and to share with us your infinite wisdom.
