God with Us- Nov Bible Studies- Week 1- Day 3

Scripture

For to us a child is born,
    to us a son is given,
    and the government will be on his shoulders.
And he will be called
    Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God,
    Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.

Observation

GOD gave his son Jesus to us so that he may lead us out of our imprisonment here on earth.

Application

God is there for us and he has given us the leader - Jesus to lead us. There has been a foretelling that someone powerful is coming in the old testament. Jesus really came down to earth and will be coming again during the end of time. 

Prayer

Dear LORD thanks for sending your son JESUS down to earth so that we can be saved. I'm really blessed to have you in my life.

AMEN. 

God with US- Nov Bible Studies- Week 1- Day 2

Scripture

“But you, Bethlehem Ephrathah,
    though you are small among the clans[a] of Judah,
out of you will come for me
    one who will be ruler over Israel,
whose origins are from of old,
    from ancient times.”

Observation

God finds leaders from beyond. They don't need to have to be someone big and powerful by their birth right. He choose base on talents.

Application

Do not under estimate your ability. Small doesn't equate weakness. Let GOD develop your strength and grow you to reach your full potentials. 

Prayer

Dear Lord , I am glad that you give me the chance to grow, to understand you and also lead me along this path in life.

AMEN. 

God with Us- Nov Bible Studies- Week 1 - da1

Scripture. 

And I will put enmity

    between you and the woman,     and between your offspring[a] and hers;
he will crush[b] your head,     and you will strike his heel.”

Observation

God tells us that he will punish those who had disobeyed him. 

Application

Stay true to the path. Take note of what you need to do so that you remain in GOD's good books. Do not encounter the wrath of GOD. 

Prayer

Dear LORD, 

You remind me the importance of having your with me always. Let me stick with you throughout my journey here on earth.

Scripture

18 give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.

Observation.

It is in GOD That we trust. He knows that giving thanks is very beneficial for the soul.

Application

Cultivating a sense of gratitude is essential to succeed in this world. Many a time is the entitlement mentality the brings your downfall. If we are not able to appreciate the little things that we have how can we set ourselves for greatness?

Prayer

Dear LORD, 

I understand the reasoning behind giving thanks in all circumstances. It is only by being grateful that we can understand and fully utlilize the gifts that you have given.

Scripture

rooted and built up in him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness.

Observation

Show that you know your ROOTS. Where we are is because we have GOD in our lives. He is the one who plants our feet firmly in the ground. 

Application

Know where you come from and what you have to do to flourish in GOD's love. Be grateful for your blessings. Do not covert what is not meant for you nor be too complacent where you are if you want to constantly evolve. 

Prayer

Dear LORD,

It is through you that I seek my path. I know what is best for me and you are certainly the one who I rely on for guidance throughout my journey here on earth. I'm blessed and thankful to have you.

Scripture

For all things are for your sakes, so that the grace which is [a]spreading to more and more people may cause the giving of thanks to abound to the glory of God.

Observation

Show grace  to others so that they too will be able to enjoy the blesses from GOD. Learn to be grateful and thankful

Application

Think about the greater good. That many people are still unaware  about the Glory of GOD. Spread the GOOD news that all will know him.

Prayer

Thank you lord for showing me all your blessings and spreading your WORD to me..so that I am able to receive your graces and share with others.

Scripture

6 Let the message of Christ dwell among you richly as you teach and admonish one another with all wisdom through psalms, hymns, and songs from the Spirit, singing to God with gratitude in your hearts. 17 And whatever you do,whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.

Observation

The word of GOD works wonders within you. It is from what is written that gives you the peace that you seek. It purifies your spirit and lets you see the GOOD in this world.

Application

Internalize what you have learned from the Scripture. Mediate on it. Be thankful and grateful for the blessings that have been sent your way. It is by by cultivating a spirit of gratitude that one is able to obtain clarity in life. 

Prayer

Dear LORD,

thank you for your teachings and show me the way to have a fulfilling life. Your wisdom is so profound and I have learnt tremendously from your WORD.

Scripture
We always thank God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, when we pray for you.

Observation

Giving thanks is what we should do.  He is the one who has provided for us and will constantly be providing what we need in our lives.

Application
Show appreciation to GOD for he is really good.  Encourage others to develop their strength in their relationship with GOD. 

Prayer
Praises to you LORD on high. You are the one who I can always rely on and I am grateful to have you in my life.

Scripture

7 Jesus asked, “Were not all ten cleansed? Where are the other nine?18 Has no one returned to give praise to God except this foreigner?”19 Then he said to him, “Rise and go; your faith has made you well.”

Observation

Not everyone is grateful for the blessing that has been given to them. They do not show appreciation nor deserve the blessing but if you have faith any illness that you have will be totally healed.

Application

Give acknowledgement where due and show your gratefulness to GOD if you want to be 100% healed by GOD. 

Only by surrendering yourself totally to him will you get his full blessings

Prayer

Dear LORD,

I hope that my faith in you be like the 10th Leper who was healed.  Faith does heal ones wounds

Scripture

You will be enriched in every way so that you can be generous on every occasion, and through us your generosity will result in thanksgiving to God.

12 This service that you perform is not only supplying the needs of the Lord’s people but is also overflowing in many expressions of thanks to God. 

Observation

Be grateful so that you be able to help others. You have been given many tools which had enriched your life. 

Application

Use your skills and do what you can to help others. They will benefit as much as you have did and by doing so are cultivating yourself. 

Prayer

Dear GOD,

I'm really thankful that you have been so generous with me. I will continue to share my gifts with others aroundme.

4 In that day you will say:

“Give praise to the Lord, proclaim his name;
    make known among the nations what he has done,
    and proclaim that his name is exalted.

Observation

Sing praises to GOD for he is good. He has done wonderful things for us here on earth. 

Application

 Thank GOD for everything that you have. He is the one who has made all this possible for you. He deserves your praise and worship. 

Prayer

Thank you LORD for all that you have given to me. I'm really blessed to have you in my life constantly showering your LOVE and affection on me. Praises to you on high.

 When you have eaten and are satisfied, praise the Lord your God for the good land he has given you.

Observation
God gives you whatever you need. He knows what you need and gives it to you. Therefore be grateful to him. Sing praises to him. 

Application
Sing praises to GOD for all his blessing and gifts to you.
He has really given you a lot for you to be thankful about.  Show gratitude by being thankful and humble.


Prayer
Dear LORD,
I am really blessed to have you as my guide and providing me with what I need always.

Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good;
    his love endures forever.

Observation

Gods love is overwhelming.  He is there for you no matter what you are doing. Sing praises to him as he is good and he will provide adequately for you. 


Application
Praise the LORD for he is good. He and He alone gives you unending love. He is one who will show you with his LOVE and be there for you therefore show your gratitude for the Graces he has given you. 


Prayer
Dear LORD,
I thank you for all the graces that you have showered upon me. I am really blessed to have you in my life and am in awe of you unending love towards me. 
I give thanks to you for all that you have done for me.
