Fear and Anxiety- March Bible Studies- Week 5- Day 4

Scripture
Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.

Observation

Everything takes time to happen. Being anxious and worried doesn't bring about any good to oneself.

Application
 Trust in the LORD that he will  ensure that everything is done in GOOD standing and based on his timing.
Leave it to him and do feel anxious and desperate for instant answer.

Prayer.
 Dear LORD,
I  know that you will deliver me from the trials that I am currently facing. You take away my anxiety and keep me at peace. 
AMEN.

Scripture

Colossians 3:17 New International Version (NIV)

17 And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.

Observation

Thank GOD for all things good. He  deserves the thanks for all that he has done for us

Application

 Be grateful and give thanks to the LORD for all that he has given to us. Be humble and appreciative of what you have.

Prayer

Dear LORD,

I am very grateful for all the blessings that you continuously shower upon me. AMEN.

Scripture

Philippians 4:19 New International Version (NIV)

19 And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus.

Observation

God will always provide for you. He will be there for you and bless you with everything that you need. 

Application

God knows what we need and will give it to us if we believe in him and follow the path that he has laid out for us.

Prayer

Dear LORD,

I'm really glad that you have provided so much for me and constant bless me. AMEN

4 Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice!

Observation
Be Joyful and rejoice in the LORD.

Application
 Celebrate as GOD is here for you. Enjoy and praise him as he is good.

Prayer
 Dear LORD,
I rejoice in you. I'm really blessed to have you in my life.

Israel’s Only Savior

43 But now, this is what the Lord says—

“Do not fear, for I have redeemed you;
    I have summoned you by name; you are mine.
2 When you pass through the waters,
    I will be with you;
and when you pass through the rivers,
    they will not sweep over you.
When you walk through the fire,
    you will not be burned;
    the flames will not set you ablaze.

Observation

God will always be with you.  He will protect you from harm.

Application

 Lean on GOD. He will be there for you always. He will keep you free from harm. 

Prayer

 Dear GOD,

I'm bless that you take me under your wing and protect me.

Scripture

Psalm 118:5-7 New International Version (NIV)

5 When hard pressed, I cried to the Lord;
    he brought me into a spacious place.
6 The Lord is with me; I will not be afraid.
    What can mere mortals do to me?
7 The Lord is with me; he is my helper.
    I look in triumph on my enemies.

Observation

GOD will take care of you.  He gives you hope and will bolster your strength. He helps you overcome your enemies. 

Application

Lean on GOD. He will take care of you, guide you and protect you from harm. 

Prayer

Dear LORD,

I'm grateful that you are there when I need you. I'm happy that you are here to drive away my fears and protect me from enemies.

Scripture

Deuteronomy 31:6 New International Version (NIV)

6 Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.”

Observation

God will always be there for you and support you. You don't have to be afraid of the DEVIL and other wicked ones. 

Application

 Remain strong and steadfast as GOD goes with you in every battle that you face here on earth. The devil will always try to attack the righteous but will not get away with evil. GOD will be there to protect you always. 

Prayer

Dear LORD,

I am grateful for your unending support being there for me in these times of needs.

Scripture

Colossians 3:2 New International Version (NIV)

2 Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things.

Observation

Focus on GOD and improving your Spirituality not on hording material goods.

Application

 Focus on your personal well-being cultivating your mind and soul.

Prayer

Dear LORD,

I am glad that I have other things to look forward to which are everlasting in your kingdom.

Scripture
We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ.

Observation
We need to focus on what is right and learn to analyse what is presented to us. Not everything is for GOD in this world.

Application
Do not let wild thoughts invade your mind and corrupt it. Do not be swayed by the devil and his corrupted ways. Purify yourself with the WORD of GOD.

Prayer
 Dear LORD,
I know you are there for me. You have always been there for me and will guide me through everything here on earth.

Psalm 27

Of David.

1 The Lord is my light and my salvation—
    whom shall I fear?
The Lord is the stronghold of my life—
    of whom shall I be afraid?

Observation

 The LORD is there to lead us. He will protect us and keep us from harm.

Application

Do lean on GOD as he is there for you. He will be the one who guides and shows you the path. 

Prayer

Dear LORD,

I Thank you for being my light. You are my destiny and I can't wait to be with you again for all eternity.

Matthew 28:18 New International Version (NIV)

18 Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me.

Observation

Jesus is in-charge of everything. He has power over heaven and earth.

Application

 Trust in the LORD our GOD as he is the supreme leader over all. He controls everything and will take care of you.

Prayer

Dear LORD,

I really appreciate you being there for me and also understanding that I seek you always.

AMEN.

Scripture
No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. 38 For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons,[b] neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, 39 neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Observation
God is there for us. His love for us transcends all time. 

Application
Love GOD always he is there for us and will always be. Nothing can tear us apart from him. His love is forever. 

 Prayer
Dear LORD,
I'm grateful to be showered with your love. You have always been there for me and I'm really blessed.

Scripture

Colossians 1:13-14 New International Version (NIV)

13 For he has rescued us from the dominion of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of the Son he loves, 14 in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins.

Observation

God has saved us from EVIL. He loves us and forgives us for our wrongdoings. 

Application

Believe and trust in GOD. He has forgiven our sins. Let us praise and worship him.

Prayer

Dear LORD,

Thank you for rescuing me. My life is much better with you in it. 

AMEN.

Scripture
 My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all[a]; no one can snatch them out of my Father’s hand.

Observation
 No one can steal what GOD gives to you. He gives the best gifts which no one has.  No one can take you away from GOD.

Application
God is there to protect you and if you put your FAITH and trust in him no one can take you away from him.

Prayer
 Dear LORD,
I'm grateful from your protection. You guard me from evil and protect me from harm.
AMEN.

Scripture

Proverbs 3:7-8 New International Version (NIV)

7 Do not be wise in your own eyes;
    fear the Lord and shun evil.
8 This will bring health to your body
    and nourishment to your bones

Observation

Follow GODs  WORDS not mans. They will bring about diseases and suffering while following GOD will give you good health.

Application

Lean on GOD for instructions and health. He is the one who will give you the nutrients that you need to survive and thrive in this world.

Prayer

 Dear LORD,

I rely on you for your spiritual foods.  I thank you for the nutrients that you give me that pick me up on a daily basis. 

AMEN.

Scripture
Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus,

Observation
No one can pass judgement against you except for GOD.

Application
Be with GOD and you be protected. Trust him and follow his teachings.

Prayer
Dear LORD,
I rejoice being with you and also being protected by you.
AMEN.

Scripture

Isaiah 54:17 New International Version (NIV)

17     no weapon forged against you will prevail,
    and you will refute every tongue that accuses you.
This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord,
    and this is their vindication from me,”
declares the Lord

Observation

Nothing can cause us harm. God will protect us from all evil that comes our way

He has promised that he will right all the wrongs done to us.

Application

 Trust in the LORD that he will protect us from danger and Evil. Use the armor that he has prepared for us when we neeed to go into battle with the Devil.

PRayer

Dear LORD,

I'm grateful that you have always been there for me and that you protect me during my journey here on earth.

Fear and Anxiety- March Bible Studies- Week 2- Day 2

Scripture

Psalm 94:19 New International Version (NIV)

19 When anxiety was great within me,
    your consolation brought me joy.

Observation

God can calm your nerves. He  will give you peace. 

Application

 Trust GOD with your worries. He will help settle your anxiousness and difficulties and bring you joy and peace. 

Prayer

 Dear LORD,

Having faith in you has given me the chance to be calm and give me more stability in my life. I thank you for your guidance.
