Truth over Lies- Week 2- Day 5


Scripture

Isaiah 43:25 New International Version (NIV)


25 “I, even I, am he who blots out     your transgressions, for my own sake,
    and remembers your sins no more.

1 John 1:9 New International Version (NIV)

If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.

Observation
God accepts you the way you are. He just wants us to be truthful and trust him. 
Application
Confess our sins and shortcomings to GOD. With his help we are able to become better people.

Prayer
Dear LORD,
Thank you for having such a big heart. To accept me with all my imperfections and making me whole again. 
AMEN.

Truth over Lies- Week 2- Day 4


Scripture

Romans 8:31-32 New International Version (NIV)

More Than Conquerors


31 What, then, shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? 32 He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all—how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things?

Observation
GOD gave up something precious for us - his son. He is very generous to us and will always be. 
Application
 Live life graciously. He is able to give up everything for us we can do the same. Follow the WORD and praise him for his actions. 
Prayer
Dear LORD,
I'm really grateful that you have been here for me and am always taking care of me and the kids. 
AMEN.

Life Through the Spirit


Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus,

Observation
Do not pass judgment on other fellow Christians. Their walk with him is their own. 
Application
GOD tells us not to be judgmental over others. Focus on your personal walk with him and work towards a greater relationship. 

Prayer
Dear LORD,
Help me to keep the focus on myself and my relationship with you. AMEN.

19 And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus.

2 Corinthians 12:9 New International Version (NIV)

But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness. Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me.
Observation
God knows what you want and need. He will provide for us if we trust in him. 
Application
Leave it and trust in the LORD. He will work his miracles  and wonder through you.  Follow his WORD and be protected. 

Prayer
Dear LORD,
I seek you more and more each day. Thank you for all your guidance. 
AMEN.

Truth over Lies- Week 2- Day 1


Scripture

Ephesians 2:8 New International Version (NIV)

For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God—

Observation
GOD has been very generous to us. He has given us sufficient GRACE to bring us through this lifetime here on earth.

Application
Praise the LORD for the grace that he has given us. This grace has given us faith and we should aim to be acting with Grace always.

Prayer
Dear LORD,
Thank you for the generosity which you have constantly showered on me and the kids. I'm grateful for your providing for us. 
AMEN.

Observation

GOD's word lives within you. You know how and what to do as he has taught you. 

Application
 Look deep within yourself.  GOD has already implanted what you need to know and set the compass for living out your life.

Prayer
Dear GOD,
You will be and always are my moral compass. I am blessed to have your guidance. 
AMEN.

Truth over Lies- Week 1- Day 4


Scripture

Colossians 2:8 New International Version (NIV)


See to it that no one takes you captive through hollow and deceptive philosophy, which depends on human tradition and the elemental spiritual forces[a] of this world rather than on Christ.

Observation
Be observant to what is around you. Do not be fooled by demonic forces around us. Know what is coming from GOD.

Application
Look at what you do believe and if it's root comes from GOD and not the World(DEVIL).  Don't be fooled by the devious one. 

Prayer
Dear LORD,
Keep my eyes open and focus on you and your word. 
AMEN.

Truth over Lies- Week 1- Day 3


Jeremiah 17:9-10 New International Version (NIV)

The heart is deceitful above all things
    and beyond cure.
    Who can understand it?

10 “I the Lord search the heart
    and examine the mind,
to reward each person according to their conduct,
    according to what their deeds deserve.”

Observation
God knows who is good and who is bad. Those that are good will be rewarded while those who are bad will certainly be punished.
Application
Keep  your heart pure. GOD sees and knows everything. He will reward us for being good so do your best to follow the WORD.

Prayer
Dear GOD,
thank you for being fair and just to all.
AMEN.

Truth over Lies- Week 1- Day 2

Scripture

Revelation 12:10 New International Version (NIV)

10 Then I heard a loud voice in heaven say:

“Now have come the salvation and the power
    and the kingdom of our God,
    and the authority of his Messiah.
For the accuser of our brothers and sisters,
    who accuses them before our God day and night,
    has been hurled down.


2 Thessalonians 3:3 New International Version (NIV)

But the Lord is faithful, and he will strengthen you and protect you from the evil one.

Observation

Evil will not prevail over GOOD. Those that do you wrong will get their just punishment.


Application
 GOD will come and he will give you the power to take care of those who want to push you down.  He will remove all evil. 

Prayer
Dear LORD,
I'm bless to have your protection and am relieved that you are there for me always. 
AMEN.

Truth over Lies- Week 1- Day 1


Scripture

John 8:44 New International Version (NIV)

44 You belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry out your father’s desires. He was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies.

Ephesians 6:11 New International Version (NIV)

11 Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes.

Observation
The devil will never tell the truth. His minions exhibit the same behavior as him and only tell lies.

Application
 Protect yourself well against the DEVIL and his minions. They will only spew lies and harm you. GOD will be your shield to deflect all the bad that comes from them.  He will reveal all the lies and schemes that had been hatched against you if you trust in him and follow his word.

Prayer
Dear LORD,
I'm thankful for the armor that you have provided for my protection. I see peace and protection from the DEVIL in you and am trusting that you. I'm blessed to have you around to go before me and to pave the way.
