Esther September Bible Studies - Week 2- Day 3

Scripture
Proverbs 19:20 20 Listen to advice and accept instruction,     that you may gain wisdom in the future.

Observation
Follow what you are told to do from GOD. There is always a reason why something happens.

Application
 Learn from what you do and gain the knowledge that you need to become a better person.

Prayer
Dear GOD
thank you for all your instructions. I know that you have and will always have my best interest in heart.

Esther Sept Bible Studies- Week 2- Day 1

Scripture
 Praise the Lord! Blessed is the man who fears the Lord,     who greatly delights in his commandment

Observation
Take note of what the LORD wants and do accordingly.

Application
 Know what GOD wants of you and act the way you should. Don't worry about others opinions or attitude towards you. May are envious and can't wait to rob you of your successes.

Prayer
Dear LORD,
help me keep steadfast to your cause. AMEN

Esther Sept Bible Studies- Week 1- Day 5

Scripture
Ephesians 5:15 15 Look carefully then how you walk, not as unwise but as wise,

Observation
 Reflect on your ways to see if you do follow what GOD has planned out for you.  Take note how your walk has matured you to this fact.

Application
 think before you carry out your actions. Do not follow the actions of the foolish.

Prayer
 Dear LORD,
thank you for your constant reminders about how is the best way to behave.

Esther Sept Bible Studies- Week 1- Day 3

Scripture
Proverbs 14:8 The wisdom of the prudent is to discern his way,     but the folly of fools is deceiving.


Observation

It is to your advantage to keep to the straight path instead of using colorful patterns and acting to bluff others for temporary gain.

Application
  Be awake and take not of  your surroundings and happenings.  Analysis the situation that you are in and don't rely on tricks and illusions which will backfire on you in the end.

Prayer
 Dear LORD,
thank you for the gift of discernment  and letting me know what to do.

Esther Sept Bible Studies- Week 1- Day 1

This is the 2nd time I am doing the study on Esther.  This time around I have set the goal to understand more about Esther and how she relates to my life.

Scripture
Matthew 6:19-21 19 “Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal, 20 but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal. 21 For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.

Observation
 Focus on non material  items like relationship and peace rather then what the world projects would be good for us.  Work out credits in God's favour rather then Man.

Application
 Do not get too envious of so called branded stuff with over inflated price tags.  All the material goods in the world will never satisfy you.  Focus on what is more tangible with God's blessing. .

Prayer
Dear GOD,
help me not to be swept up with the ways of the world so that I will be able to focus more on what is important for me. AMEN.
