Scripture
There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.


Observation

There isn't any discrimination against those that are with GOD. He accepts and welcomes all.

Application

God is there for all. We just need to be more open and trusting towards him. Accepting his ways and following his commandments so that we can live better lives here on earth.

Prayer
Dear GOD
I can't wait for all this to end so that everything can go back to a bit more normalcy. I know it's all in your planning and I just need to be patient. AMEN.

Fear and Anxiety May Bible Studies Week 2 Day 3

Scripture
Isaiah 54:17
17 No weapon forged to be used against you will succeed;
you will refute everyone who tries to accuse you.
This is what the Lord will do for his servants—
I will vindicate them,”
says the Lord.

John 10:10

Observation

God will protect all his people. He  will help us fight against our enemies and people who are all out to give us trouble.  He will right all the wrongs.

Application
 Trust in our LORD your GOD to do the right thing. He won't just sit idly around when evil approaches and let us suffer for no reason.  Nurture your understanding of him and also deepen your faith and trust in him and his teachings.

Prayer
Dear LORD,
I know that you be there to protect me and help me redress all evil. I await your vindication from all those that are currently opposing me.
AMEN.

Fear and Anxiety May bible studies- Week 2 Day 1

Scripture

Then he said to them,
“Where is your faith?” But they were afraid and amazed, saying to one another,
“Who then is this? He commands even the winds and the water, and they obey

him!”


Observation
A lot of people were  fearful when they saw GOD in all his wonders. They doubted their own faith therefore they were not able to understand nor see his greatness.

Application
 Do not doubt your faith in GOD. He is capable of overcoming all and providing everything for you. He owns this world and all in it. Increase your faith in him and his capabilities.

Prayer
Dear LORD,
Keep my faith strong in you.

Fear and Anxiety May Bible Studies- Week 1- Day 5

Scripture
Then Jesus said to his disciples, “Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat, or about your body, what you will wear.

Observation

Don't be so concerned about material things and the way of this world. It will not bring you any joy or long lasting peace.


Application
Belief and trust in the LORD  your GOD will protect and provide for you.  Follow his words and his path for you.

Prayer
Dear LORD,
thank you for always taking care of me and the kids.
AMEN.

Fear and Anxiety April Bible Studies. - Week 1- Day 3

Scripture

Proverbs 29:25
25 The fear of people becomes a snare,
but whoever trusts in the Lord will be set on high.

Observation

Unwarranted fear becomes a cage for you. The only release you will get is if you understand who is the true savior of this world.

Application

Know and trust the LORD our God. Put your stake with him and not with the world or other humans. They do not have your best interest in heart and mostly want to LORD over you or enslave you for generations.  Don't let collective fear of the unknown or what seems to be overwhelming due to external global factors put you in a cage.

Prayer
Dear LORD,
help me keep leaning on you as my pillar of strength. Help me discern right from wrong and keep me trusting you always.
AMEN.

Fear And Anxiety- Week 1 Study Focus

WEEK 1 Challenge:

• Make a list of all the things that you fear about the future, whether that is tomorrow or twenty years from now.
• What truths about God are you struggling to believe related to these fears? Ask the Lord to strengthen your faith in those areas.

There are many things this COVID-19 period which get one thinking about what is totally relevant to leading a godly life.  There is too much uncertainty in the world with the current global recession. 

There is much to fear about the future and what it may entitle.
Eg: Job security, health , maintaining and advancing my relationship with GOD.

These are the on-going fears which I have. 
God knows my struggles and my attempts to overcome all odds irregardless of the situation that I have been placed in. 

Dear LORD,
Guide me so that I will be able to follow you closely.
AMEN. 

Fear and Anxiety bible studies- April - Week 1 - Day 1

Scripture
Jeremiah 29:11
11 For I know what I have planned for you,’ says the Lord. ‘I have plans to prosper you, not to harm you. I have plans to give you a future filled with hope.


Observation

God has already set plans for the development of his people. He only wants good for us.  He knows what is best and in our interest.

Application
 Study and follow what GOD has intended for us. There are things which maybe beyond our comprehension at this stage however being persistent and working on his teaching is certainly going to be beneficial for you.

Prayer
Dear LORD,
Teach me your plans so that I be able to follow through and prosper according to them.
AMEN.
