2 Samuel 11:27
And when the mourning was past, David sent and fetched her to his house, and she became his wife, and bare him a son. But the thing that David had done displeased the Lord.
Observation
Do not covet what that is not yours. God will not be please with you.
Application
Do what is acceptable by the LORD and based on his WORD. Greed and lust will only lead to your downfall. Do not envy nor steal from others.
Prayer
Dear Lord,
Help me to be contented with my LOT and also not hanker over what others have. The grass is not always greener on the other side nor suitable for me.
AMEN.
