Hosea March Bible Studies- Week 5- Day 1

Scripture

Sow righteousness for yourselves,
    reap the fruit of unfailing love,
and break up your unplowed ground;
    for it is time to seek the Lord,
until he comes
    and showers his righteousness on you.

Observation

Time has certainly come. GOD is coming for us so we do need to sow and bear fruit.

Application

Follow what you have been assigned by GOD to do. He has already shown that he is on the way to redeem you in his 2nd coming.

Prayer.

 Dear LORD,

help me keep to the right path and help me overcome all obstacles that come my way. 

AMEN. 

Hosea March Bible Studies- Week 4- Day 5

Scripture

“The Lord is righteous,

    yet I rebelled against his command.
Listen, all you peoples;
    look on my suffering.
My young men and young women
    have gone into exile

Observation
Because of stubbornness and being rebellious some people are banished from the kingdom of GOD.

Application
 Know that there are severe consequences if you do rebel against GOd.  Take heed to follow his word and direction.

Prayer
 Dear GOD,
tame my rebellious nature so that I'll be obedient unto you. AMEN. 

Hosea March Bible Studies- Week 4- Day 4

Scripture
 My God will reject them
    because they have not obeyed him;
    they will be wanderers among the nations.

Observation

 GOD will shun those who turn away from him.  They will be banish to be without a home for their disobedience.

Application

 Know where you stand with GOD and also. When GOD makes his judgement the evil will be punished for their wrongdoings. Obey him. 

Prayer

 Dear LORD,

I submit myself to you in obedience.

Hosea March Bible Studies- Week 4- Day 3

Scripture
They have sunk deep into corruption,
    as in the days of Gibeah.
God will remember their wickedness
    and punish them for their sins

Observation
GOD knows if you have been wicked and harmful towards others. He will punish the evil doers and see that they get their due judgement.

Application
 Remember who are evil and don't follow their ways. Take note to head the opposite direction where these people are headed and stick to GOD's words.

Prayer
Dear LORD ,
help me to stay away from evil and keep to your path that you have set for me.
AMEN.

Hosea March Bible Studies- Week 4- Day 2

Scripture

 What if God, although choosing to show his wrath and make his power known, bore with great patience the objects of his wrath—prepared for destruction? 23 What if he did this to make the riches of his glory known to the objects of his mercy, whom he prepared in advance for glory—

Observation

 It is within our grasp to know how benevolent our GOD is.   He gives us chances to learn.

Application

Learn from what GOD is teaching you. There is a reason why everything is happening.

Prayer

 Dear LORD,

Show me your ways so that I be able to understand you better.

AMEN. 

Hosea March Bible Studies- Week 4- Day 1

Scripture

Yet he was merciful;
    he forgave their iniquities
    and did not destroy them

Observation

God gives us chances to repent when we fall wayward. He is forgiving and want us back on the right path when we fall off.

Application

God is there for us when we commit mistakes as long as we truly seek him an repent from our sins.

Prayer

Dear LORD,

I am grateful that you are merciful and give me time to improve on myself.

AMEN. 

Hosea March Bible Studies- Week 3- Day 4

Scripture

Psalm 9:15-16 New International Version (NIV)

15 The nations have fallen into the pit they have dug;
    their feet are caught in the net they have hidden.
16 The Lord is known by his acts of justice;
    the wicked are ensnared by the work of their hands.

Observation

The greedy and wicked will be punished by their own hands.  GOD will punish them for their wicked ways.

Application

 There will be justice to be served by GOD. There are many people who think they can escape from judgement but it is not the case. They will be punished.

Prayer

Dear LORD,

I know you will pass your judgement soon. 

AMEN. 

Hosea March Bible Studies- Week 3- Day 3

Scripture

For I desire mercy, not sacrifice,
    and acknowledgment of God rather than burnt offerings.

Observation

GOD wants you to show mercy and acknowledge him. 

Application

Show that you know that GOD is there and acknowledge him. Don't believe in evil spirits. there is many things that you can do to show you believe in GOD.

Prayer

Dear LORD,

I'm working my way to being together with you always. 

AMEN.

Hosea March Bible Studies- Week 3- Day 2

Scripture
6 “Come, let us return to the Lord.
He has torn us to pieces
    but he will heal us;
he has injured us
    but he will bind up our wounds.
2 After two days he will revive us;
    on the third day he will restore us,
    that we may live in his presence.
3 Let us acknowledge the Lord;
    let us press on to acknowledge him.
As surely as the sun rises,
    he will appear;
he will come to us like the winter rains,
    like the spring rains that water the earth.”

Observation

God is our everlasting spring. He will help us heal and be whole again. 

Application
 Everything comes and goes back to GOD. He is our creator and everything is possible through him.

Prayer
 Dear LORD,
Let me do what I have to do to be with you forever.
AMEN.

Hosea March Bible Studies- Week 3- Day 1

Scripture
Then I will return to my lair
    until they have borne their guilt
    and seek my face—
in their misery
    they will earnestly seek me

Observation
God will wait for you to wise up to your folly and seek him. Repent.

Application
 God will wait till you seek him in earnest. He gives you time to repent from your sins.

Prayer
Dear LORD,
I know that you are wanting the best for me in my life.
AMEN.

Hosea March Bible Studies- Week 2- Day 5

Scripture
God reigns over the nations;
    God is seated on his holy throne.

Observation
 GOD is always there and he oversees everything. 

Application. 
Take note that GOD is there all the way. He is looking over whatever we are doing and is supreme leader.

Prayer
 Dear LORD,
I'm glad to have you reign over everything that we see in the world.
AMEN

Hosea March Bible Studies- Week 2- Day 4

Scripture
My people consult a wooden idol,
    and a diviner’s rod speaks to them.
A spirit of prostitution leads them astray;
    they are unfaithful to their God.

Observation

God knows when you are straying from him. When you are relying on evil spirits and not his Holy Spirit.

Application
 Know what you are doing. Does it please GOD or turn you further away from him?

Prayer
Dear LORD,
Thanks for your constant reminders and keeping me on the right path.
AMEN.

Hosea March Studies- Week 2- Day 3

Scripture
The Lord said to me, “Go, show your love to your wife again, though she is loved by another man and is an adulteress. Love her as the Lord loves the Israelites, though they turn to other gods and love the sacred raisin cakes.”

Observation
 God gives 2nd chances to those who erred. His love for us is unconditional. 

Application
Take  up the opportunities the GOD gives you. Do not let the atrocities that others commit prevent you from loving them from afar and praying for them. 

Prayer
Dear LORD ,
Help me be more like you..not bearing grudges but loving from afar.
AMEN

Hosea March Bible Studies- Week 2 Day 2

Scripture

Psalm 71:20-21 New International Version (NIV)

20 Though you have made me see troubles,
    many and bitter,
    you will restore my life again;
from the depths of the earth
    you will again bring me up.
21 You will increase my honor
    and comfort me once more.

Observation

God put your through obstacles so that you can develop and become a better person.

Application

Keep faithful  and put your trust in GOD to make you whole again. 

Prayer

Dear Lord,

I'm looking to you making me the best version of me

Hosea March Bible Studies- Week 2- Day 1

Scripture

Deuteronomy 30:19-20 New International Version (NIV)

19 This day I call the heavens and the earth as witnesses against you that I have set before you life and death, blessings and curses. Now choose life, so that you and your children may live 20 and that you may love the Lord your God, listen to his voice, and hold fast to him. For the Lord is your life, and he will give you many years in the land he swore to give to your fathers, Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.

Observation

 God gives us choices and we have to make our decision if we want to live together with him or against him.

Application

 Choose Life over others. Follow his Word and take action so that you can be with him together with your children in his kingdom. 

Prayer

 Dear LORD,

I'm looking forward to reuniting with you in time to come. 

AMEN. 

Hosea March Bible Studies- Week 1- Day 5

Scripture
10 “Yet the Israelites will be like the sand on the seashore, which cannot be measured or counted. In the place where it was said to them, ‘You are not my people,’ they will be called ‘children of the living God

Observation

GOD is kind. He lets us redeem ourselves if we repent and move away from Evil. 
Application
God gives us time to grow and to learn from our mistakes. We should use this opportunity to improve on ourselves  for the better.

Prayer
Dear LORD,
thanks for the countless opportunities that you give me to develop myself further in your ways. AMEN

Hosea March Bible Studies- Week 1- Day 4

Scripture
 Yet I will show love to Judah; and I will save them—not by bow, sword or battle, or by horses and horsemen, but I, the Lord their God, will save them.”

Observation
God works in mysterious ways. He will help you overcome all odds if you follow his word and believe in him. 

Application
Stay true to the WORD and believe that GOOD will triumph over Evil. All will be saved if you follow what GOD wants us to do. 

Prayer
Dear LORD,
Your love is everlasting and I know that you be there to save me always. 
AMEN. 

Hosea March Bible Studies- Week 1- Day 3

Scripture

In that day I will break Israel’s bow in the Valley of Jezreel.

Observation
The day of reckoning is among us and GOD will be punishing the evil and wicked ones.

Application
 Be wary of GOD's wrath. It is not worth inccuring.

Prayer
Dear LORD,
I am looking forward to favourable judgement upon me.
