He followed completely the ways of Jeroboam son of Nebat, committing the same sin Jeroboam had caused Israel to commit, so that they aroused the anger of the Lord, the God of Israel, by their worthless idols.
Observation
Nothing Good will come out of doing things against GOD's will for us.
He will punish those who deliberately go against him.
Application
Do not draw GOD's anger by deliberately disobeying him and his word.
He will reward those who listen to him and punish those who go against him.
Prayer
Dear LORD,
help me to follow you and your teaching always. Keep me from Evil and away from those who want to harm me and the kids.
AMEN.
