Matthew 11:28 New International Version (NIV)

28 “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest."

Observation

GOD is there to give us the support that we need.  We need to cast all our worries to him. 

Application

Trust in the LORD to give you the rest you need.  Bring all your burdens to him and he will remove the stones that weigh you down. 

Prayer

Dear LORD,

I put all my worries to you in prayer.

AMEN.
