Scripture
 Isaiah 41:10
So do not fear, for I am with you;     do not be dismayed, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you and help you;     I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.

Observation

GOD is always with you. He is there to help us and lead the way.

Application
Trust in the LORD our GOD. He is the one you should lean on for support. Do not let your thoughts run wild with useless thoughts but focus on what he has planned for you.

Prayer
Dear LORD,
help me keep my focus on you and your WORD.
