Colossians 3:13 New International Version (NIV)
13 Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you.
Observation
God asks you to not bear grudges as it will only cause you to become bitter. Forgive others not because of them realizing their faults but for your own peace.
Application
Forgive yourself for being fool by others. These toxic monsters may never learn nor repent for their sins against you. They will receive judgement from GOD on the last day. Do not get caught up in bearing hate and grievances and act like these fools because it will not benefit you and turn you too into devils.
Prayer
Dear Lord,
Help me remove all bitterness and grievances towards those who had harmed me and the kids. They do not deserve a space in my heart and minds.
AMEN.
